Scheduling has never been easier

What are the best aspects of this product?

Doodle saves us lot of time when it comes to scheduling a meeting or event with both large groups and individuals. You can easily set up dates and times and copy over options. I like that we can start with no knowledge about our groups’ schedules and we can allow them to choose their hours when they are available for the meeting. You can type specific dates and times and this can be really useful when organizing group schedules.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could improve the integration with Outlook and Calendar, it can be easier to shoot off a quick email and have time and date appear in all individuals’ calendars. I don’t like that I have to go to new site so I can create the poll and vote and then go back to the site in order to see the results.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is must have tool for shceduling, you can easily see availablity based on others calendars and you can track others’ availability for specific time and date.
