What are the best aspects of this product?

User-friendly to begin with. My clients can easily understand how it works. UI is clean and simple. Distractions are very much at its minimum.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If it showcases my to-do list, then dotLoop would super! I'd love to make document customizations a little bit further before it starts generating. That would definitely save me a lot of time when going in and dab into details of a document. I'm currently working for Keller Williams.
