What are the best aspects of this product?
Its pre-defined templates makes it easy to utilize a new loop with the doc you'll require a certain transaction. It's very flexible. It lets you upload PDFs and then dragging them all the way to the top of its dotLoop doc if you happen to work with both dotLoop-baed and external docs. It's great really.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The primary issue that I ran into is that it entails each client to have their own e-mail address that would give them the ability to digitally sign documents. Older clients of mine sharing their e-mail has dotLoop incompatibility. Another problem I'm facing involves agents not content utilizing another system they're not familiar with. Just recently, I've had a listing agent recommending me not to utilize dotLoop.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being able to streamline transaction filing requirements on our current real estate commission. Doing so through the use of an e-signature contract system. Back them, this involved more than one process that our agents had to comply. dotLoop promises that once contracts are made and then signed electronically, the file is then finished. It's then submitted for review and approval.
