What are the best aspects of this product?
Everything about it is nice! I like how you can put in an entire listing/buyer templates. I love being able to share a particular document. Electronic signatures makes things convenient.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
This program is a significant time saver. It contains a bunch of functionality that work wonderfully. One thing that I think will save even more time is by dragging a document to another folder within the same loop. It's better than copying it and findingh the loop.

It's a time saver! No need to scurry the last minute to get needed signatures. Convenient. All of your documents are put together in a single place so they can be kept together.
