What are the best aspects of this product?

Everything is digital. That's what's great about this. There's no longer that need in printing out papers just to sign things. Document sharing is now possible for only those who are given access.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's nothing else to dislike. So far. It's working really well for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're using dotLoop for document and contract uploads. Specifically, it's real estate related. It's perfect to see everything that you got. It also lets you peek into the documents needed to successfully close on a property.
