What are the best aspects of this product?

I really appreciate how much this tool has done for us. Thanks to it, we've been able to effectively hold fundraisers and other similar events. It's simple and user-friendly and I would have no hesitation recommending it to similar non-profit organizations like ours.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There have been instantces where the software has glitched while I was using it, and I do admit that it can be exasperating. That said, these glithces don't usually last for very long and are resolved within minutes.

Thanks to this tool, we have been able to successfully stage and manage fundraisers and events. Its features have helped us to effectively handle any issues that arise from staging those events.
