PROS: I really appreciate how user-friendly this is. This has really made event management easier for me, thanks to its numerous functions. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to others.
CONS: While it has been a really great tool for us, I can also understand that it may not be the cae for other businesses. I guess future versions could be more customizable?
The least favorable review
PROS: This tool has really done a lot for us, and it covers a number of things that has really helped us out. Ticketing, admissions, reservations, membership, and reservations are covered, but it also covers sale solutions for non-profits. It's user-friendly and efficient, so even the least tech savvy among us can easily get the hang of it. There have been moments when we encountered some issues, but I'm happy to say that a lot of these have been resolved quickly. More often not, the issues were because of us misunderstanding something.
CONS: I think the software could be even more user-friendly and intuitive. It's really easy to use one you get the hang of it, but I do have to admit that it took me a while before I got to that point. There's quite a bit of resources you have to study, but oncce you go through that, this software can really be beneficial to you.

PROS: It user-friendliness is one of the things that I really like about it. Pulling information is so easy to do, and from there I can come up with things like access information or even create a roster.
CONS: The search function could use some improvement. There are time when the customer doesn't provide enough information, and it would be great if future versions of this tool had a function that could search for something that is close enough to the search term I used. Adding that function would really make this tool even more useful and intuitive.

PROS: I like how this has made organization easier for me. With this tool, I've been able to really classify and label facilities. This tool is really flexible, and I can be as basic or as complex as I want to be, whether I am renting out locations, equipment, or beds.
CONS: One area I really think they can improve on is with their payment options. I've encountered some isses in this area, and while I have managed to work around them, it would be nice if I didn't have to do it when future versions come out.

PROS: I really appreciate how this tool is beneficial for both the non-profits and the consumers. Selling and marketing is now easier for non-profits thanks to this tool, while consumers and customers now find it easier to find an organization that is a fit for them.
CONS: I think the biggest issue our team had with this is our unfamiliarity with it. But once it was implemented and we got the hang of it, this tool has become so helpful to us at work.

PROS: This tool has everything you need, and I love that about it. Just by using this, I can manage reservations and bookings, as well as manage mobile phone sales. I can even use it as a POS system. Any business who gets this tool will have a lot of things they can use.
CONS: It is a little expensive, and setting up the system can take a little time, but I have to admit that all of it is worth it.

PROS: I really appreciate how much this tool has done for us. Thanks to it, we've been able to effectively hold fundraisers and other similar events. It's simple and user-friendly and I would have no hesitation recommending it to similar non-profit organizations like ours.
CONS: There have been instantces where the software has glitched while I was using it, and I do admit that it can be exasperating. That said, these glithces don't usually last for very long and are resolved within minutes.
