Excellent tracking tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how this has made organization easier for me. With this tool, I've been able to really classify and label facilities. This tool is really flexible, and I can be as basic or as complex as I want to be, whether I am renting out locations, equipment, or beds.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One area I really think they can improve on is with their payment options. I've encountered some isses in this area, and while I have managed to work around them, it would be nice if I didn't have to do it when future versions come out.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, we've really been able to improve our budgeting. We've also been able to really itemize our reservations.
