Incredibly helpful to us as a non-profit

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really appreciate how this tool is beneficial for both the non-profits and the consumers. Selling and marketing is now easier for non-profits thanks to this tool, while consumers and customers now find it easier to find an organization that is a fit for them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think the biggest issue our team had with this is our unfamiliarity with it. But once it was implemented and we got the hang of it, this tool has become so helpful to us at work.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The area where this has really helped us out the most is with marketing.
