PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It user-friendliness is one of the things that I really like about it. Pulling information is so easy to do, and from there I can come up with things like access information or even create a roster.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The search function could use some improvement. There are time when the customer doesn't provide enough information, and it would be great if future versions of this tool had a function that could search for something that is close enough to the search term I used. Adding that function would really make this tool even more useful and intuitive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

While installation and implementation took a while, this tool ended up being really useful once that was done. Our work process has become more efficient, and as a result we go through our load so much more quickly than before. It works great in internal matters, and even for customer-facing processes. This was definitely worth the price and time spent installing.
