What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool has really done a lot for us, and it covers a number of things that has really helped us out. Ticketing, admissions, reservations, membership, and reservations are covered, but it also covers sale solutions for non-profits. It's user-friendly and efficient, so even the least tech savvy among us can easily get the hang of it. There have been moments when we encountered some issues, but I'm happy to say that a lot of these have been resolved quickly. More often not, the issues were because of us misunderstanding something.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think the software could be even more user-friendly and intuitive. It's really easy to use one you get the hang of it, but I do have to admit that it took me a while before I got to that point. There's quite a bit of resources you have to study, but oncce you go through that, this software can really be beneficial to you.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, we have really improved when it comes to membership and registration. The process is now quicker and more efficient, which is really what you want for every business.
