PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

it is 100% cloud based, or at least supposed to be!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Functions that are on desktop are not available on ipad or iphone, the most important of which is onboarding a new patient. You have to go back to desktop to operate it.
For close to six months, we have had error savings with CPT codes; every time we load up CPT codes and diagnosis pointers for a SOAP note, we get ERROR Savings and we have to start all over. they have logged in live, recorded it happening, it was duplicable on three different PCs in 3 different zip codes and yet they still can't fix it. We have asked for a manager repeatedly but not one feels like picking up the phone and talking to us.
Cash patients are lumped up with insurance patients, so we when you batch up to submit to insurance, you have to go one line at a time and make sure you pick the insurance ones from cash or PI ones. 10 years into operation they still don't have the ability to keep them separate.
DrChrono slows the efficiency down dramatically.

new management would be a good start.
