What are the best aspects of this product?
None, in over 1 year the complete lack of DrCrono's costumer service has never implemented the software
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
A DrChrono sales rep convinced my secretary that DrChrono would make the office better and then signed a contract with her (not me). It now has been over 1 year of my credit card being charged $499/month and the software has still not been implanted. Once their sales rep made the sale and the credit card starts being charged monthly everything stops. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. DrChrono pays someone to call you on the phone in order to implement the software for your office- unfortunately he had a heavy accent and could not be understood. Weeks and months would go by before DrChrono's customer service would schedule another time when "they were available" to teach you to implement their software. Each phone call nothing would get accomplished or implemented besides them describing another product that wanted to "up-sell" us. DrChrono doesn't care, they still get $499 a month. This same thing is sill going on now-- We have been charged $499/mo for 15 months, the software has not been implemented. Now they want to charge us thousands of additional dollars to pay for more phone calls in order to implement the software they sold my secretary over a year ago.
I wish I read the horrible reviews also posted about DrChrono stating "the biggest mistake of life", how terrible the customer service is, and there is no incentive for DrChrono to get the software implemented since the already sold the subscription for a year.
