PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how Drift notifies us whenever a recipient opens the email we send to them, know who is visiting our website, discover their location, and go back to the old conversations. The latter allows us to understand issues and situations better.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The features and capabilities in the system’s Smartphone application are not complete. I am not able to check all the conversations with customers or program a meeting. Also, if you send an email to more than one recipient, the system will not tell you whether they open it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Drift helped us get more leads, schedule meetings automatically and save time.
