What are the best aspects of this product?

This eliminates the need for contacting prospects at random. With Drift, I can interact with people who are actually considering my services. This allows me to put my best foot forward because cold calling does not always set off the right tone with some customers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, I haven’t discovered how to turn off chat notifications. I’d like to be able to kick back after work and not have to worry about it until the next day.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’ve been getting more quality, higher-tiered prospects. These are the ones that are more likely to convert.
