Visitors to my website can chat instantly without being asked to sign in to Facebook, Gmail, or other social media.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
There's a noticeable uptake in chat activity on my website because visitors don't need to log in to anything else before chatting. That used to be an issue for me.
