Must-have functions such as the chatbot's ability to integrate with essential systems like Pardot and Salesforce is very useful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great if we can have more templates when creating pages using Drift's playbook.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being able to convert visits into prospects is my team's favorite -- a lot of our conversions are happening at Drift right now.
