It's very user-friendly with easy-setup playbooks. Drift also features options for either a chatbot, or live agents answering basic questions, and can even be connected to the team's calendars for one-on-one meetings with clients.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have no doubt the reporting and analytics function will further improve in future updates

As a one-man team, I use the program to help filter prospects and provide a varied experience each time. The basic Q&A is automated, and clients are divided into those buying on-hand items, and those that have more inquiries for my team.
Drift has substantially raised conversion on my pages to 70% from the usual 20%.
