What are the best aspects of this product?
I love that it can integrate with our e-commerce platforms. It has very precise analytics as it always gets the right segmentation of customers based on their behaviors.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We encountered some issues linking Facebook and Drip more seamlessly.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Drip reduced our sending of emails to half but this surprisingly boosted our conversions. I think we owe this to how Drip was able to pin down what our customers really want and compress these in fewer messages. I can say that overall we have effectively built stronger relationships with customers, thanks to Drip.
