What are the best aspects of this product?
Drip really interacts with customers. It reminds them of items waiting in their carts, offers product suggestions, and proactively asks what made them stop the conversion journey, Drip can perform so many tasks that many businesses usually do using several different platforms.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I'm still learning how to maximize Drip further but would appreciate if the people behind Drip could give beginners a helping hand.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Drip has been so efficient and effective that it had several times converted an abandoned cart into a sale. My work has also transitioned from email work to researching how to improve my product offerings, which is a much better way for me to further boost my revenues.
