PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Drip's visuals are tremendously amazing. I like that Drip fully automates the tasks at hand and that it only took a few hours for its setup. The dashboards are easy-to-use and constantly improves.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Our only but major issue with Drip is that their customer service providers offer different solutions for a single problem. This was confusing and compelled us to do several heavy changes in our newsletter.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Promotional email and surveys are automatically sent to users upon signup. Our company values feedbacks and we appreciate how Drip succeeds in obtaining filled-up survey forms, some through regular follow-ups.
