What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm very impressed with how it creates workflows very effectively. And the visuals make them very easy to grasp. I don't think there's anything like Drip.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is much more to learn about Drip especially in the customization area. I wish Drip could provide a complete manual so we can unlock faster its full potential.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I love that it provides me all the data I need to be in control of the campaign. On top of this, it seamlessly integrates with our online shops, eliminating the need for us to tap developers to produce our own app to serve in-house needs as this would have been costly.
