File sharing system has never been this efficient with Dropbox.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Deciding to get Dropbox to keep our files altogether is an excellent thing for the business. It gives employees the capability to access and work on files even if they are at home or attending business trips. Also, Dropbox's transition was done smoothly; we never heard of complaints from the people around us. The app allows you to get some meaningful work done as long as internet connectivity is not an issue.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The cost versus the allocated storage space per account made me think twice about acquiring the product. However, if your business is very much into reports and presentations, in that case, I think that Dropbox would give you real value for money.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can source out important files within minutes through my Dropbox account. I can create and even update my files while I’m on the airplane or located far away from the office. I use it with a trusted VPN, and I get to collaborate with my colleagues and clients at any time of the day.
