What are the best aspects of this product?

Instead of keeping files in our personal computers where you could lose them quickly, I’d prefer using Dropbox as an alternative solution. One of the things that I consider why I chose Dropbox is its convenient accessibility and portability, which is suitable for our employees who are always on the go. They can access their files anytime using their laptops or personal smartphones because Dropbox works well with almost any device. Also, integration is no longer an issue; that’s why its safe to maximize this app to obtain better output.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't enjoy using all of its features. Still, it's okay because its part of the expectation before purchasing the product. In some cases, the software's upgraded version seems to be incompatible with our existing office tools. The downside of this program is that Dropbox allows multiple users to edit one document simultaneously. This should not be permitted or restricted somehow because it can mess up your present work and create more significant problems. It would be more difficult to fix in the future.

Dropbox allows unlimited file sharing without risking the security of our entire business. It is also very versatile because of its compatibility with Gmail, slack, and other tools that are meant for communication. Many of our employees can take advantage of this file-sharing app because it increases their productivity and allows them to share their respective teams' inputs.
