What are the best aspects of this product?

The e-signature solution had to be implemented by us in urgency. The salesperson at Silanis was quite courteous and he helped us by providing the best solution and all the required information so that we could sign up easily. The way of working and communicating of their technical staff was very fast and professional.
With the help of their detailed documentation, our development team was able to implement this program in nearly no time. The connection of the e-signature software was easy to build up with our internal software system. The support team is great and very cooperative and the service is high-class.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing bad to say about the product and the team as our experience was quite good. It was exactly right what we needed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There is a requirement of signed documentation for the debits which are pre-authorized and thus, banks demand the same. The bank staff was really happy with this e-sign solution that we provided, which was set up with the great assistance of Silanis. The documents were received by the clients in very less time and they didn’t have to wait too much for getting the agreements signed.
