What are the best aspects of this product?
The agent from the customer services was very patient, polite and nice. Although I am not afraid to use newer technologies, but by going through the user manual, I couldn’t get the knowledge about the things I needed to know. The manual seems to be aimed at the users who have a more tech friendly background. Therefore, I called the customer support and got to discuss my queries or confusions with a live human being who was actually responding sensibly. And by this, I got all the answers I needed and got the help in testing things out.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Till now, I received the help on how to manage and do things on the system but I actually needed to know the procedure to have my boss give reviews on the changes made in a contact, before the contract is sent to the employees. It’s a little uneasy for him to just sign and forward it if the contract is fine. But I think I can cope up with it as it seems simple.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We target at saving papers and thus we’ve reduced the usage of paper in the process of making the employment contracts. This has been made easy with the help of eSignLive and things can now be done electronically. Even the people, who aren’t at ease with using the computer systems, can esign the papers in our office.
