What are the best aspects of this product?

eSignLive helps in providing efficient services to our customers as the important documents are delivered to them in a spur of a moment. Another additional benefit is given by the feature of customization available for the branding of product. This ensures that customers have a steady experience level even with countless number of communication channels.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The support team at eSignLive is good at dealing the customers but still there are a number of troubles faced by us. The updates for account settings have resulted in product errors in most cases and some of these complaints have taken a longer time to be resolved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can now deliver the important documents to our customers in practically no time and this has replaced the old mail method that usually took 3-5 days in delivery. Even the return journey of the document has been shortened to few seconds as the customer can simply sign and send the document back within seconds. This saved another 3-5 days of mail services. Thus, all in all we are able to save around 10 good days that were earlier spent on the delivery and receipt of one document, which is an amazing result.
