What are the best aspects of this product?
The speed of the exchange of documents really pleases our clients of real estate, as they like how the document is just one click away for them. After they finish signing up the document, it comes back to us while one copy stays with the clients. Being a broker, I have opted for Faltour in my office as it is the only program with the e-sign technology which is in accordance with the Canadian privacy act and with it I can be sure that the information of my clients is duly protected.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
No program is perfect and there is always something to be improved. There must be a video tutorial that helps the users like me in understanding how to use this program. Me and some of my agents had to play around with this program to know how to use it to the fullest because there isn’t much information in the how to use section. Calling the customer support is also just a little help as they just manage to tell us what we ask and not the whole plan. To learn all that we could, we called for an office meeting where everyone explained their bit of knowledge about this program and that is how we learned using it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This program has made things simpler and easier for us realtors and our clients. The clients are free from the hassle of looking for a fax machine to send documents and we are also free from handling the copies of the same.
