What are the best aspects of this product?

The thing I like the most is the flexibility that this program offers to me and my clients. My industry of Real estate greatly focuses on the authentication process. With eSignLive, we can track the communication with clients and we are thus able to keep the detailed summary of the clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The compatibility with mobile devices needs a great deal of improvement. When operated through mobile, it takes a lot of time for the pages to be loaded and after the document is signed, there is no way to see it on a mobile device. There must be a feature to import contacts so that the time which is utilized creating new contacts for packages is saved. The format of some files is not supported and in case they need to be converted, it is not supported in most of the cases.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use eSignLive to solve the issues which are usually faced in the scheduling. The documents are now sent to the clients for signing and they can sign them any time they want, as per their convenience.
