What are the best aspects of this product?
The SDK documentation was quite good and easy and the samples provided with it were quite simple and detailed. The documents were not very much complex and allowed an easy follow up. It was easy to follow the instructions of the SDK as it also contains a number of functionalities for which it has been greatly designed.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The prospects of the communication and support prospects were not established in an adequate manner. For the importance to be understood there was a need of increase in the orders, many a times. After getting engaged with the problems, the support team provided good resolutions and responded by setting expectations for the delivery of required changes. For the SDK, it would be good if the packages are reissued for signatures or notifications can be sent so that the confirmation of the content can be done efficiently. Although it is a good feature that a signature requires a unique email address, but this feature can be considered for revision in the future.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The cost on the printing and paper charges has been reduced and there has been an ease of delivering quotes and other documents to customer through electronic medium. Less than half of our new policies have been issued as electronic policies till now.
