What are the best aspects of this product?

Besides being a user friendly program, eSignLive also offers a very high level of security to the users. It thus, ensures the users that the documents are safe and secure and the signatures are valid.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is always a need that I feel, that is, to be able to create a system for the files in the Inbox itself. But there is no system by which I can save the files on a desired path rather than keeping them in the inbox.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

In our business, we have a great number of documents which need to be repeated time and again and with the help of the templates provided by eSignLive, it has become very easy to prepare the documents and send them directly to the clients and get them back easily. We have been able to maintain a paperless office as there are no documents that need to be printed and mailed to the clients. As there is the provision of e-signature, we can send the documents to our clients even when they are travelling anywhere in the world. The copies are then simply forwarded to the appropriate recipients. eSignLive has thus been able to save a lot of time and money, that is very much liked by us.
