PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

As a user involved in the installation of this within our company, I found the people and easecentral to be very helpful and responsive to problems, and able to fix each issue within a few hours of bringing it up.
So even though our requirements were new to easecentral, they quickly adapted their interface to do precisely what was necessary.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not much to complain about. It would be nice if they could use an API on the health insurers interfaces to streamline more completely with them. But that is all on the Insurance Providers creating a workable API.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It would be nice to have a signing option that did not require signing using a mouse, simply because mouse based signing is so messy.
