I like that you can easily configure all your processes to fit the needs of the organization. You can easily change labels, screens and create your own workflows to support your processess.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The UI needs to be improved to be more user friendly and performance better.

EasyVista has made proccesses to be more efficient using the full capabilities of the workflow engine for tasks. It has reduces the cost of labor by about 50%.
