Pros: The most outstanding feature of this app is it's ease of implementation. The support team is very helpful. They made sure that during transition all our operating needs and implementation needs were met. The company enforces partnership and continues to engage our organization as a partner. This helps our team to move beyond the implementation stage to identify what else we can use the app to do.

Cons: The negative part is that reporting is very complex. It was a major challenge during the implementation and we have had to use some out of the box reporting and customize internal reporting and use Crystal to cater for other reporting needs.

Pros: I like the fact that the application is easy to use. It is ITIL assigned and this makes it easy to improve service management. It's improves customer satisfaction and success. This in return makes the company successful since it acquires a happy and committed client base.

Cons: What I don't like about the application is that the out-of-the-box reporting is fairly limited. You can only understand the data reports if you are knowledgable in SQL and/or intergrate it with a third partr reporting tool.
