What are the best aspects of this product?
The most outstanding feature of this app is it's ease of implementation. The support team is very helpful. They made sure that during transition all our operating needs and implementation needs were met. The company enforces partnership and continues to engage our organization as a partner. This helps our team to move beyond the implementation stage to identify what else we can use the app to do.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The negative part is that reporting is very complex. It was a major challenge during the implementation and we have had to use some out of the box reporting and customize internal reporting and use Crystal to cater for other reporting needs.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use Easy Vista for customer self service. We have integrated Easy vista with card swipe programming to improve workflow and the enhance customer experience. This has replaced multiple manual processes with an efficient, accurate and quick process that allows for quick retrival of data.
