PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the fact that the application is easy to use. It is ITIL assigned and this makes it easy to improve service management. It's improves customer satisfaction and success. This in return makes the company successful since it acquires a happy and committed client base.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I don't like about the application is that the out-of-the-box reporting is fairly limited. You can only understand the data reports if you are knowledgable in SQL and/or intergrate it with a third partr reporting tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

EasyVista has helped our organization in incident management, service request management, asset management, problem management, change management, and self-Service. We have been able to improve these processes and create innovative ways to tie additional processes into the system.
