What are the best aspects of this product?

Employees can have access to the tool and create their requests since it's so easy to use. Should there be any issues along the way, I can always lean on the support group.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We needed some help with the programming, so we had no choice but to hire a 3rd party firm to install EV.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It gives us lasting solutions to all of our problems without the need to come up with out of the box solutions. However, EV is quite complex to deal with, so you need a reliable and skilled team to help you if something goes wrong.
