What are the best aspects of this product?

Employees love this software because it is easy to navigate. Also, processing their work-related requests is now way easier using EasyVista.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The one thing that I don’t like about EV is the complexity of its reporting site features. I use it often, but I still have a hard time creating and consolidating my weekly reports.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can implement better and smoother processes with the help of EasyVista. We use it primarily for IT-related requests, tracking logistics, and solving challenging issues affecting our service levels.
