What are the best aspects of this product?
It's very simple for our managers to use. Our accountants like being able to login separately from the other type of users surveyed specific reports that are built around their own function. Multiple account codes reflect exactly how we operate our business and will surprised how easy is to integrate this tool into our other internal systems.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Very little
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
support for foreign languages like Chinese or Spanish would be helpful for us but we can work around that
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We had too much maverick purchasing going on in our organisation with everybody doing it their own way and no standard process getting a tool like this solves all those problems instantly
