What are the best aspects of this product?

The online approval functionality Is really useful on the mobile app it means our managers and approvers can approve on the go the reports are very accurate and quick the features seem very solid so far the system hasn't missed a beat we are very happy with it

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not very much to be honest they roll out a lot of changes quickly and the system is updated fairly regularly which can prove challenging if you're not up to date on the documentation but keeping the system highly developed is also a good thing

We were trying to increase transparency of our audit process and the ability of our requestors to easily get goods and services on time as friction free as possible
