What are the best aspects of this product?
it is easy to create a 1099-NEC. The site is nice and clean, and it appears to be a low impact way to create 1099's in a short amount of time....the unseen part is what happens if you make changes after you submit,then it gets dark. Helpdesk job is primarily to tell you to GRTFM.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
anything you need to do AFTER you create the 1099 is cost prohibitive.
