What are the best aspects of this product?

I can upload and search for files easily. Logging in is also not a problem. I can use keywords to search for the files I need. The website also offers a great interface where even a new user can understand how it works.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Egnyte is amazing! We can access our files anywhere. If there's a con it's their file explorer as it takes some time to look for files there. It is better to use their website for this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can now access files easier. Anyone can access the file as long as it's stored in the cloud. This is extremely helpful, especially now that we're in quarantine. It made working from home much easier for the whole company. It's a wonderful tool during the lockdown.
