What are the best aspects of this product?

Egnyte gives easy access to documents. Assigning the access for each document and its organization is very easy too. It is also very reassuring that all our documents are safe.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The interface needs to be improved. It can be confusing for new users. Other than that, I can't find any other complaints.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can access and share all my documents anywhere. I don't have to be in the presence of my working computer to do it.
