What are the best aspects of this product?

It gives us the ability to create successful construction development projects. Since it is cloud-based, we can edit the documents in real-time and share it with other members of the team. The drag and drop function is also very useful in organizing documents. It is also very easy to keep track of all the changes being made by all members of the team involved in a particular project.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We haven't encountered any problem with Egnyte's performance. We love everything about it.
