What are the best aspects of this product?

It's simple to use Egnyte. This is true when dealing with bigger teams and for people situated within teams. Having the option in limiting teams according to departments/groups is really awesome. I love being able to edit docs over the internet with Egnyte as opposed to downloading and re-uploaading the same file. You can edit and the autosave option will update the document within the folder on its own.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It might take a bit of time in getting the required updates. But once they were insalled, quality of the product has dramatically increased.

This tool is capable of letting companies upload files. At the same time, they can securely share the files they want.
