What are the best aspects of this product?

I can easily store information in real-time and give my team members access to the files. Egnyte can also be connected to my desktop. As a result, I can access it without the internet. Tracking changes made on the document is very easy too. I know exactly when a file was edited.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You have to download the software if it's not linked to the computer drive. It's also a bit tedious to connect the drive to the desktop.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Egnyte helps me manage the files. I can easily give access to the employees who need a certain file. Every member of the team can look for a file they need as long as someone already uploaded it in the database. It also paved the way for easy organization of documents.
