What are the best aspects of this product?

- Easy set up (for merchant reviews)
- Simple dashboard
- Easy installation of widget
- Reasonably priced
- Good for merchant reviews
- Can manually send orders for reviews
- a leading company in the vertical
- Global
- Good for SEO
- works across devices
- Good clientele
- works with Volusion and several other platforms except for Bigcommerce
- Good for retail, travel, education and more

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

- Doesn't work with Bigcommerce for products reviews
- Only good for merchant reviews
- Falsifying during the sales process (about contract signing)
- Renew contract without notice for another year
- Rigid business practices
- Not customer centric at all
- Doesn't make up for their errors
- Never apologized, accepted or made up for their errors
