CONS: - Doesn't work with Bigcommerce for products reviews - Only good for merchant reviews - Falsifying during the sales process (about contract signing) - Renew contract without notice for another year - Rigid business practices - Not customer centric at all - Doesn't make up for their errors - Never apologized, accepted or made up for their errors
