Company Greed Overrides Customer Experience. $399 Training is a waste of money

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Has above average templates, which have the ability to be customized easier than other products. But for the money, it would be expected.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The $399 Training was an absolute scam and waste of money. Had a 20 minute "overview" of the features I mostly already new. They claimed the training was an hour, but even if that were true (and its not) that would still be a ridiculous waste. So dont waste money on that.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Other than one person in particular, the customer service was awful. Literally no response or help until there was an issue with the billing contract.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were testing this to help clients manage their email marketing. After a month of the campaign, all clients didnt see the value to spend that kind of money when there were more affordable and just as capable email marketing products out there. I tried to call to request a halt in billing until we could rebuild our client base to try the product. After the 1st month, no client wanted to use the product, so we requested that our use of their product be discontinued since we were no longer using it. The one rep we spoke to stated they would cancel the service, no problem. Everything was fine. Then the account manager stepped in, told us they would continue billing and got their legal department involved. They are still continuing the billing, even after 4 months of not using the product. Proving that the greed of the company far outweighs their concern for their customers.

Will never do business or recommend this business to anyone. There are plenty of other quality, more affordable and effective email marketing products on the market.
