What are the best aspects of this product?

It accommodates both small and enterprise businesses. It is highly scalable and you can scale it with ease as your business grows. Its API deployment has countless configurations irrespective of the number of services you have. The customer support is top notch and ever available.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be better if they had sub-categories for the email lists. This would reduce the search time when you are looking for a customer in a long list. At times, the tool can be slow, which is a minor drawback.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Emma has managed to boost our marketing campaign through segmentation. We can collect data of our customers, understand their behaviors and better segment our campaigns with the help of the API. Apart from that, this form of deployment has allowed ease of customization for the signup of different marketing campaigns.
